Pokemon GO Upgrade Items and Components
An upgrade item is an item that will make certain Pokemon change. The upgrade is obtained by spinning a photo disc. It is sometimes offered as a prize during Pokemon GO events.
The Upgrade can also be put in weapons, armor trinkets, gathering tools and trinkets to increase the level of their item. The upgrade costs Flightstones or crests, based on the type of item.
Upgrade components
Upgrade components can be inserted into weapons, armors, trinkets and other tools for gathering in order to increase attributes bonuses or other effects when the equipment is being used. The equipment being upgraded must have an upgrade slot to accept the component, and the majority of upgrade components require the item to be upgraded to be at a certain level. Some upgrade components have special visual effects that appear when they are applied. Upgrade components are available through crafting, bought by Karma merchants, or traded with other players through the Trading Post. They can also be salvaged from equipment and redeemed as rewards.
There are different upgrade components, each of which comes with distinct bonuses. Universal upgrades, such as gems and inscriptions can be used with any kind of equipment, and offer less bonuses than other types of upgrade components. Infusions are used in non-amulet equipment that is ascended and legendary equipment, and enrichments are used to upgrade certain items that have been ascended. The majority of upgrade components can be replaced if they are slotted into an item, but doing so can destroy the previous upgrade. The exceptions are glyphs (which can only be used in gathering tools) and enchantments, which are able to be removed and put back in.
Insignias or enchantments, as well as prefix/suffix upgrades will appear in the hover display of the item, while they will be added to the equipment's name (e.g. the word Radiant Insignia would change the name into Radiant Tyrian Armor). The number of upgrade components that have been added to an equipment piece will be displayed in the tooltip for the item.
Glyphs
Glyphs are special characters that can be added into an OpenType font to add functional or decorative elements like ligatures and ornaments, fractions, swashes registered trademark symbols and ellipses. The Glyphs panel allows you to see and insert these particular characters as well as regular glyphs like em dashes and en dashes registered trademark symbols and glyphs that do not appear in other fonts (such as dingbats).
Each Glyph gives a character boost in their primary stats. It also comes with up to four secondary stats that affect the radius of the glyph on your Paragon Board. Secondary Stats are a percentage increase which is multiplied once other bonuses are applied in addition to Speed Glyphs which directly increase the hero's speed.
The Glyphs in your inventory can be activated by selecting them, and then clicking the "enchant" button. This will bring up a new window that displays the Glyphs you own that can be applied to the selected item. You are only able to apply the correct Glyph to the selected item. Every weapon or armor piece has its own collection of Glyphs.
boosting items can increase the level of Glyphs by completing Tree of Whisper Quests or Nightmare Dungeons. The more difficult the area is, the greater Glyph experience you will gain. Once a Glyph is at level 15 it is able to be upgraded on the Glyph Upgrade Altar. Upgrading a Glyph increases its radius on the Paragon Board by one node every 15 levels.
Once a Glyph has reached the desired level, it is possible to activate it. Select it, then click the "enchant button". The Glyph that is created will grant its stated benefit, and boost all other nodes in its range on the Paragon Board. Glyphs should go in areas that will benefit your build the most. This is why you should prioritize Magic Glyphs as soon as possible. The glyphs that are rare might offer dual benefits when certain conditions are fulfilled which is why they're worth checking out for too.
Click the cycle widget to change the perspective of the Glyphs Panel. Each of these views shows the Glyphs in different fonts. You can narrow down the list of glyphs you want to see by selecting an option under "Entire Font". For example, punctuation only displays punctuation glyphs. Math Symbols restricts the choices to mathematical symbols.
Rerolling
Rerolling is the process by which you open a new account to give yourself more opportunities to access an item or character you are interested in. This can be done increase your level faster, or to get better loot such as an additional weapon for your character. A lot of players will play until the character they desire is available, regardless of power. This could be because they like the design or personality.
When you reroll, you need be sure that the changes you're making are clean. This means you should check locally that the patch passes the pre-commit tests and conduct a core development test. It is also recommended to upload the patch to an issue using a plain diff (see What about an interdiff? ).
Rerolls may be weeks or days long depending on how lucky you are. During this period, you should avoid enemy camps that are optional to avoid wasting time. In addition it is recommended to not repeat any quests that are completed later in the game. This will save you time and energy.

These can include upgrading your weapons or characters, rerolling them and buying upgrades. In addition, it's crucial to be aware of the limitations of the upgrade system.
Rerolling is not a necessary aspect of the game, however it can be beneficial to increase your chances of obtaining the right weapon or character. You can use it to determine which character is the best or to play around with different playstyles and builds.
Sets
A set is a group of objects with common-2 attributes (like the number of eggs in a dozen or members of the class). Sets can be used for operations like intersection, union, and distinction.
If you upgrade a set item, it becomes an upgraded version that is superior to the previous one. For armor and weapons this means that it gets an increased base defense value and a lower strength requirement and a lower level requirement.
Upgrading is an excellent way to bring popular single-set items into the same level as their higher-tier set counterparts. Upgrades such as Guillaume's Face Helm to the Elite Spired helmet could increase the defense from 217 up to 321 and reduce the strength requirements and levels to an achievable range.
It is important to keep in mind that not all items in the set can be upgraded. Some sets, like the FB Sorc spec Whistan's shield and Naj's puzzler staff are already Exceptional in their own rights and don't need upgrading. On the other hand, certain items that are BiS and are used frequently (like Goldwrap) may benefit from being upgraded to increase their performance. For such products, it might be worth the cost to upgrade them.
